We are seeking an experienced Ecosystem Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our company blockchain ecosystem by strategically planning, sourcing, analyzing, selecting, and onboarding new projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the blockchain industry and a good knowledge of Web3 gaming and DEFI. The candidate will also have a number of existing relationships with projects and a good network that can open doors to potential projects for the companies ecosystem. They will be responsible for managing relationships with project teams, coordinating with company Labs on development and integration efforts.
· Strategize and develop plans to attract and onboard new projects to the company blockchain ecosystem
· Source potential projects through market research, community engagement, and other channels
· Analyse project proposals to assess feasibility, alignment with our vision, and potential impact on the ecosystem
· Collaborate with project teams and company Labs to coordinate development efforts and ensure successful integration with out blockchain platform
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new projects
· Manage relationships with project teams, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects within the ecosystem, and recommend changes or adjustments as needed
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform ecosystem strategy and identify new opportunities
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
· 5+ years of experience in project management, ecosystem development, or business development the blockchain industry
· Demonstrated understanding of company blockchain technology, Web3 gaming and Defi
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex projects and assess risks, opportunities and financial viability
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with the ability to work in a fast-paces, dynamic environment
· Passion for innovation, with a deep interest in emerging technologies and their potential to transform industries and society
· Web3 developer experience not mandatory but preferred
